FrostRead Membership Subscription Agreement

Welcome! You're about to access the FrostRead App ("the App"), your gateway to an enhanced reading experience. By subscribing to our membership subscription service ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"), which supplement the main "FrostRead App Terms of Service Agreement."
Subscription Service Benefits
Subscribing to our Service elevates your reading journey with benefits such as:
- Flexible Subscription Tiers: Choose between weekly or monthly plans, each offering different amounts of Coins and Bonuses.
- Daily Check - in Bonuses VIP: Log in daily to get extra Bonuses.
- Unlimited Reading VIP: During your subscription period, enjoy unlimited access to all books within the App. After your subscription ends, paid - for chapters will become locked.
Subscription Pricing and Special Offers
We offer various subscription packages at different price points, each corresponding to the number of Coins and Bonuses included. Hong Kong Wenlan Technology Limited (the "Platform") may also offer occasional discounts and promotions to members.
Automatic Renewal and Billing
Our Service uses an auto - renewal model. Subscribing means you authorize the Platform to charge your selected payment method when each billing cycle nears its end. Ensure your account has sufficient funds to cover these charges.
Subscription Termination
You can cancel your subscription anytime by following these steps:
- On your iOS device: Go to "Settings" → "iTunes Store and App Store" → select "Apple ID" → tap "View Apple ID" → tap "Subscriptions" → locate the FrostRead subscription and select "Cancel."
- On your Android device, go to "Google Play Store" → tap the menu icon → select "Subscriptions" → find the subscription you want to cancel → tap "Manage subscription" → choose "Cancel subscription."
Service Modifications
The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time, with or without prior notice. We also have the right to revise this Agreement's terms, which become effective upon publication.
Intellectual Property Rights
All App content is the intellectual property of its respective owners. The Platform grants you a limited, non - exclusive, non - transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non - commercial use during your subscription.
Disclaimer
The Platform provides the Service as - is, without any express or implied warranties regarding the content or Service. We are not responsible for any third - party content or services accessed via the App.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Hong Kong law, without regard to conflict - of - law principles.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the "FrostRead App License and Service Agreement," constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Platform regarding the Service. In case of conflicts between the two agreements, this Agreement takes precedence.
